BarMake respects the privacy rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.
You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your data.
To submit a request, email support@barmake.app with the subject "CCPA Data Request".
You may request deletion of your personal information. Upon verified request, we will delete your account data, QR code records, scan analytics, and any associated files within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
BarMake does not sell personal information. We do not share personal data with third parties for monetary consideration. If this practice changes, we will update this page and provide a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" mechanism.
BarMake will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or access levels for making a privacy request.
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. You can update your profile directly through the BarMake dashboard, or contact us for assistance.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit CCPA requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you and verify their identity. Submit agent requests to support@barmake.app.
