By accessing or using BarMake ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BarMake provides QR code generation, management, analytics, and related services including dynamic QR codes, landing pages, digital business cards, forms, review collection, and integrations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or malicious content via QR codes.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Generate QR codes that redirect to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent security measures.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on the pricing page.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content. We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL BARMAKE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
